10 Reminders That It’s Ok
- It’s ok if you are not ok.
- It’s ok if you are feeling insecure today.
- It’s ok to have your own boundaries.
- It’s ok if you don’t know what to do next.
- It’s ok if you are struggling to say positive.
- It’s ok if you needed to rest today.
- It’s ok if you make a mistake.
- It’s ok if you don’t know the answer.
- It’s ok if you are feeling a little sad.
- It’s ok if you are over thinking it.

- It’s ok if you are the strong one to the people in your life, but for once, you need someone to be strong for you.
- It’s ok if you deep down think you need help, but don’t know where to start.
- It’s ok if you are a stoic one, but for the first time in a while (or even years), you show emotion.
It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2023. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
