  1. Never ending to do list (thank you sit with kelly)
  2. Less joy
  3. Trouble sleeping
  4. More time alone.
  5. Irritability.
  6. Easily distracted
  7. Not responding to friends or family.
  8. Staying in bed for weeks.
  9. Skipping meals.
  10. You have anxiety or don’t have the energy to respond to a text.

It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2024. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
