10 Things To Stop Feeling Guilty About
#1. Saying no.
#2. Standing up for yourself.
#3. Missing a social event (or several) to rest.
#4. Prioritizing yourself and your needs (even if you are called selfish by others)
#5 Ending a relationship that is toxic, draining, and not good for you.
#6. Not responding to a text/email/call right away. (Thank you my therapy tribe).
#7. Staying in instead of going out.
It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2023. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
