  1. Your worldview feels more bleak than usual.
  2. You are self isolating from family and friends.
  3. Your motivation for your goals feels lacking.
  4. The things you are usually interested in you are not.
  5. You feel apathetic towards things you usually care about.
  6. You have aches and pains and don’t know why.

Unresolved Trauma Can Look Like (By My Therapy Tribe)

  1. Feeling detached from people, places and things.
  2. Over-apologizing.
  3. Avoiding
  4. Fearing conflict.
  5. Saying sorry alot.
  6. Having a low sense of self-worth.
  7. Experiencing flashbacks or bad memories.
  8. Needing a lot of reassurance.

It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2023. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
