Colts Missed The Playoffs In 2024. My Blunt Opinions On Why It Keeps Happening. (Part 2)
I don’t know how to fix the Colts. Does anyone have a solution?
- ******I’m taking a break from posting weekly for a bit because I’m downloading my Tik Tok videos. I don’t know how long Tik Tok is gonna be up. There’s a ban, and no matter what they say, Tik Tok’s future is in question to me. I’m preparing accordingly. I stopped uploading on there a year ago, but after losing Vine, I’ve learned to take measures to protect my content. I’ve gone semi viral on Youtube, and wanted to take Tik Tok further, but was always hesitant after Vine. This is why. Social media platforms can be taken down without prior notice or warning.
Lets talk about sports now. This article is posting before the Superbowl, by the way. And this article is not completed.
#8. Watching The Chiefs Vs. Bills, Commanders Vs Eagles made me realize several things. A.) The Colts and everyone in the league doesn’t have an answer for Patrick Mahomes. He’s the standard and the Chiefs are the team to beat right now, like it or not. B.) We let too many great folks and opportunities slip through our fingers, give me a second here.
To see my football background, go to the first article. But Colts are my number 1, Chiefs #2. I’ll repost the picture where both my squads are there.
And as a Colts fan, I can say at least the teams that made it that far are mentioned in the conversation. Hell we are not even on top of mind right now, you feel me?
All of these teams made it to the playoffs for a reason, they deserve to be there.
When I was watching the Eagles with the Commanders, I said lawdz have mercy. I was watching the Colts all season, look at the two teams I was missing out on. Good gully. Jayden Daniels has a bright future, to take his team that far as a rookie.
When I was watching the Bills and Chiefs, a Chiefs friend I was talking with said I think the Bills might get it this time. I’m nah, we got Patrick. Even if it’s close, (because the Bills are good) Chiefs are gonna pull this one out.
Colts, when we get our shit together, whenever that time is…The Chiefs being the number 2 team in my life nowadays? Mahomes has everyone’s number, but the key is to get his. Yeah the Chiefs are the dynasty right now, and they can be beat when I talk with fans. But. No one has figured out the formula like they have. They have the secret weapons and always manage to pull it off.
So Colts Nation, if the Bills are having a hard time getting past the Chiefs to get to the Super bowl (or win a Super bowl), how can we?
As the article points out. Sports are a results-based business. And if. According to the Bleacher Report article, if Allen wants to taste the Super Bowl at least once in his career, maybe he should consider requesting a trade to the NFC.
But if any team wants to win Super bowl, right now Chiefs are the team to get pass.
And when it comes to the playoffs, the Chiefs here lately have found a way to win, just like the New England Pats did with Tom Brady. Colts, we have to get our Steve Spagnuolo.
I know a lot of people focus on Andy Reid. But Spanuolo.
Futuristic question Colts Nation. Do we have an answer for the current teams in the playoffs right now?
#9. Coaching is key.
The Chiefs have Steve Spagnulo, the secret sauce that people don’t look at enough.
If that guy ever decides to be a coach and leave the Chiefs, the world needs to look out.
10. Nick Sirianni, current Eagles coach and former Colts Offensive Coordinator is headed to the Superbowl (again). Meanwhile Colts are in shambles.
Sirianni was with the Colts at one time, and could have potentially been our coach if we played our cards right (or maybe not…in theory we had our coach).
Question. How many opportunities have we let slip through our fingers, because we either a) let people go to other teams and they end up doing really well.
11. We gotta go back to fundamentals.
Jonathan Taylor and any player generally gotta hold on to the ball all the way and don’t give refs a reason to take it away. Yeah running that ball 20 yards+ is impressive. But hold off on the celebrations until you’re sure.
Show up to practice.
