Hey Jake! Sorry this happened to you and we are in this together. “Discrepancy,” really though? Same, they treat me like a criminal, but the only thing I did was save stationary. I believe you and not them. That’s wild. I buy mostly on Etsy nowadays. I only got an Amazon account to support my cuzzo’s business. Otherwise I wouldn’t buy on there. They (Amazon, not the seller) overcharged my card. And when I told support they said they do it routinely with debit cards (thank God it’s one of those prepaid cards). I’m like what? And they want me to trust them with a credit card? And there’s still a pending charge that won’t fall off to save my life.
