Meet Dinner Roll Girl
This is my eating, jaw guzzling version of myself.
The simple fact of life is: I love to eat. And I love taking pictures and videos of food. This little project makes perfect sense.
Questions:
How did I come up with the name Dinner Roll Girl?
For lunch, at St Vincent’s or John Hopkins or where ever I am, I usually get soup and a dinner roll for lunch. I’m a regular at these soup and
I NEVER FORGET THE DINNER ROLL WITH BUTTER.
So one day the guy behind the counter is like:
You get the same thing all the time.
And I said.
Yep. Call me dinner roll girl.
And he said that makes sense to be your nickname. And so it stuck.
Do you worry about weight gain?
Nope. Other people worry about it more than I do.
Is it a good thing to eat a whole cake, 2 liters of coke, 4 boxes of cereal in one setting? OF COURSE NOT.
I love this restaurant in Atlanta named Varsity. Is it a good idea to eat there every day? No.
With anything, I practice moderation and common sense. I also have cheat days where I eat with no hesitation and worry. In school on a cheat day I cleaned up four plates without batting an eye.
Bottom Line: I love food. If it’s in front of me, I’m eating it.
Supplements?
#1 A couple of weeks ago, I went out with my aunt, uncle and mom to Golden Corral.
The meal was good, but my stomach was off. This is pretty much my new normal since surgery. I hate to admit this, since they opened me up I notice there’s this scar tissue that makes me feel wierd. It’s like a knot that doesn’t go away.
(My uncle said for a little person I do clean up. Hehe food is my comfort zone.)
I felt like I was about to either puke or have diarrhea when we left.
I took this payaya after meal digestion supplement. And boom I felt amazing.
That will be a part of my regular routine.
As a young kid, I never included or thought about taking regular supplements. As I get older and try new foods, I embrace them.
#2. When I go out, I take this hydration supplement that keeps you from having hangovers.
At first I didn’t believe it. I came across them at this convention. It’s yellow, tastes wierd and it’s something you have to get used to.
After putting it to work and drinking Tequlia shots, the shit worked.
I drink this 5 hours before I go out and then right before I go to sleep when I come back in. No more headaches for me!
Gosh where was this when I was 21? Haha.
#3 When I can, I try to get Emergen-C to keep my immune system up. I noticed in school I got sick more often from being around a lot of people. Since staying away from people, I don’t get sick nearly as much.
#4 If I feel a cold coming on, I take Zicam. I get that annoying stratchy feeling in my throat when I start to get a cold.
Food journaling?
In a sense, it’s a way for me to keep up with what I’m eating. I can take video, upload it to Tik Tok and go on about my business. If I wanna know what I ate a month ago, I go look.
Which Platforms Do You Use?
Mostly Tik Tok. These videos are so stupid and show a silly side of me, but people still watch the shit.
How, I don’t know. Some of those videos got 500 to thousands of views.
