Downtown Miami is huge. What made this place so attractive to me is there’s something for everyone. When I looked for condominiums and tried to take note of them, there were others that were just as attractive. They had a lot of boat tours that I’m interested in as well. Dang this tour bus went super quick.
I really liked all the food places, the artsy type buildings, and just the scenery. The buildings together for pictures are amazing. FYI. Even if you are not a huge partier, you can still find other activities.
The previous night, I visited South Beach with a group of friends. I learned more about the city through Uber drivers. Celebrity appearances are quite common in the area and he told me stories of picking up a few people. South Beach itself is fantastic. I was doing family reunion activities so I didn’t hang out with my friends earlier, but they were at the beach around 6:00 pm.
The one thing I did take note of being down here? Wells Fargo and Chase are the common banks down here (along with Bank of America being a close third place). I’m on team small bank so I don’t think I’ll open accounts at those locations but it’s good to take note of. I also found that it’s easier for me to connect with more like-minded people here. Not saying I haven’t found musicians and entrepreneurs in Indiana. But I’ll tell you what I’m saying in the next post.
