This is a disaster, we deserve better.

Stressing about everyone and everything. Stop. Stop focusing on everyone and everything. Focus on yourself, your health, your family, and your quality of life. Stop fighting in the comments section, stop binging the news, and stop getting involved in everything you disagree with. These negative emotions lead to inflammation. Focus on what you do have, not what you don’t. Minding your own business is a health hack.- Kayla Barnes.

According to Kayla these are areas in our lives that we can look at (the basics):

Toxic Environments

Sedentary Time & No Nature.

Seed Oils

Food.

Pointers/Advice:

*Stop eating all of the processed junk and focus on real food. Most of the food we have today was not around 50 years ago. Food.

(So update in 2024 or whenever you read this. I do post short form junk food on my YouTube because that’s one of the many types of content I post. I do have a vegan/vegetarian channel, but it hasn’t caught on yet. I do a mix of current/content that I haven’t posted yet…I have years worth of content I haven’t posted yet and I have a content calendar where I schedule stuff months and years out. It’s up to the people who watch my content to use their own discernment/common sense. I’m not a doctor, medical professional, and I do not offer medical advice. I’m someone who found something that works for me, reframed my mindset and decided at 22 the 9 to 5 rat race was not for me. I film food at my own discretion, it’s not a good idea to eat every thing I post together lol. It’s for entertainment purposes, and some of the shit is dumb, but I like it, so I post it lol. I found something that I like and others enjoy at the same time.

If you wanna take a deep dive into my Youtube successes, go here.

This whole article is a vibe, staying in my lanes and minding my own business has been one of my hacks for being successful. I don’t care who is ahead of me, the same level as me or who is behind me. You do you, and I'm going to do me. It’s really freeing to be in my sanctuary and not caring what others think. I’m in my own world, not jealous of anyone, and focused on me. Bye Felicia. )

*Our health is in a major crisis: (the stats on the original post: 7 out of 10 deaths are related to diet and lifestyle. 1 in 3 people have diabetes or pre-diabetes (mostly type two) and only 12 percent of people are metabolically healthy.

*Pro-inflammatory oils like canola and soybean. These oils are in everything, use cooking oils like tallow, ghee, avocado oil, and coconut instead. Use seed oils.

*Too much sedentary time and no nature. Move your body. Don’t make this complicated. Just move. Aim for 10k to 15k steps per day+ strength training three to five times per week. Get outside, sunshine and grounding are healing.

*Toxic environments. We have to pay attention to what we put on and in out bodies, from personal care items like shampoo, and conditioner to lotion, our water quality and our air quality.

  • This is actually something I did personally, and I notice my nails have grown, skin is clearer, and I decided to keep improving my quality of life despite the medical stuff. I’ve been drinking water with higher PH levels lately (i.e. Fuji). And drinking Superbeets, Simplicity, and other healthier drink choices.

*Unfortunately, we are being offered a toxic soup to live in. We have to take it upon ourselves to clean up our personal environment.

It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2024. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
