According to Soul Wonderlust, faking it until you make it energy ain’t it. Facing your feelings is.

There’s no power in faking energy.

The work is the discomfort, the pain, the awkwardness, the humiliation, the humility, etc, etc.

If I pretend to be unbothered about something but it actually does affect me, how will I be able to actually move past it or better yet-heal it?

If you tell yourself mantras that you truly don’t believe, your mind and body can feel it.

If you want peace, you must eliminate any and everything that disturbs it and that takes work, which will be worth the investment.

P.S. 2024 update: I’m definitely unbothered, and like last week’s I went back and forth on publishing this, but I liked the quote more than dislike it, so I went ahead with it. The peace I have now is worth everything and everyone I lost.

It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2024. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
