Self Care Comes In Many Forms
It’s ok if….
One thing I learned last year is that a quick break doesn’t fix burnout. recreating better systems for you to integrate more joy into your daily life does.
According to on the other side of the couch,
It’s ok if…
You had an extra hour of sleep.
You had an emotional day.
You didn’t have a productive day.
You needed extra help.
You wanted to be alone.
You struggled and relapsed.
You did nothing but survive.
You prioritized yourself.
“A little reminder for the week ahead: everything is unfolding exactly how it should. Trust that things are working for you, not against you. It won’t always make sense. You won’t always have everything figured out. And that’s ok. Don’t try to figure it out. Go with the flow. Be gentle with yourself. Go at your own pace. Take it day by day. You aren’t behind. It’s not too late, too early, too anything to live the life you dreamt of.”- I forget who quoted this beautiful quote.
It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2023. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
