Sorry that this is happening to you. ☹ Yeah their customer service is not great at all. I just made up my mind not to sell on Ebay. I’ve found a lot of alternatives to work with thank goodness. If I see something I like on Ebay I will get a friend to get it for me. I’m still trying to figure out how just saving stationary is so bad. If you come up with any ideas on how just saving stationary is a crime let me know. 🤣
