Sorry this happened to you! Yeah I never had a VPN. And same here on my end, their customer support didn’t tell me no legit reason without no path to a successful solution. The only thing I did wrong was save stationary for letter writing, the worst offense of my life. 🤣 I’m just going to sell elsewhere. I can’t trust the platform at this point and there is so many alternatives. If something changes in my situation I’ll write a follow up.
