Whose Dream Are You Living?

This is an email that came into my email box this first day of June and it’s a killer. (In a good way). Read over this, and it’s not meant to be offensive. But if you start getting upset, do some soul searching and ask why? Do you see yourself in this as you read it? If so whose dream are you living? This is not a answer that I can come up with for each person reading this. It’s up to you. But it’s really good and worth a read.

Do you ever wake up in the morning…

Look in the mirror…

And think: “Damn, I thought life would be better than this.”

It’s okay, you can be honest. Nobody’s going to judge you.

Besides… We’ve ALL been there.

We’ve all wondered… where the hell did things go wrong?

Because as bright-eyed kids with big dreams, none of us envisioned being “average.”

We all thought that we would do better.

We thought we would have more.

Hell, I thought i’d play shortstop for the freakin’ Indians!

But as we grow up, we settle into jobs.

We drive mediocre cars.

Live in mediocre houses.

And spend 40, 50, 60 hours of the best years of our lives… working to fulfill somebody else’s dreams!

We work for a FRACTION of what we’re worth… to help the head of the company achieve their life goals…

…while ours get swept under the rug and forgotten.

Well, eventually I had enough.

I had to put my foot down and make a stand.

I decided to STOP running the rat race.

And play my own game.

Where I succeeded or failed miserably, I knew I had to give it a shot.

Seize control of MY finances.

Set MY work schedule.

CHOOSE when or where I was going to work… and how much I was gonna get paid.

It was a scary leap.

After all, I had NO CLUE what I was doing when I decided to jump into real estate.

Yet, 13 years… 700+ deals… and millions of dollars later, that leap was more than worth it.

NOT just for the money (which is obviously amazing.)

NOT just for the freedom to spend my days doing what I want to do (which obviously makes life way more fun).

But for the satisfaction of knowing:

I decided to take a risk… and try to actually LIVE instead of just exist.

And because I was willing to put it on the line…

I was able to literally solve the real estate puzzle.

I developed a foolproof formula for flipping houses for BIG profits…

…without needing any down payments, a marketing budget, or any previous experience.

And I went on to share that solution with 100s of good people just like you.

Now… they have the financial and time freedom they’ve always craved, too.

Now… they have the ability to go and live out THEIR dreams.

They can play with their kids.

Buy that car they’ve always wanted.

Leave their problems behind… and hop on a jet for a last minute vacation “just because.”

The possibilities are endless.

Money may not buy happiness.

But it sure as hell provides the opportunity to do the things that make YOU happy.

And I want to help you get there.

So why not?

And I even show you how to get OTHER people to do all the “hard work” FOR you!

JOSH. Thank you.

Hello There! I’m Alesha! I’m going to change up my bio (kind of long because my LinkedIn profile was recently restricted-Not sure why this happened, but just to get an idea of what I’ve done). This is an another article from the Stuck In My Inbox Series.”

Hello There! I’ve been involved in different businesses in several different capacities from being ceo, coo, co-founder, and more. I’ve learned so much from creating businesses, and I look forward to all the learning experiences I will have from starting new ventures.

With one business I was involved with, we made it possible to install a little device with customized hardware and a SaaS solution implemented to the router, the business owner was able see live data about social media info collected.

With another company, we had professional internet marketing company that focus on digital marketing campaigns, services and jobs such as SEO, PPC, Online Reputation Management, and social media marketing.

With EYT, I oversaw day-to-day operations and keeping the CEO apprised of significant events;Yes I actually talk with my business partner on a daily basis. I created operations strategy and policies; Communicated strategy and policy to employees and interns; Fostering employee alignment with corporate goals; and overseeing human resource management. I also delegate tasks to my team.

My current project is Bones’ Custom Guitar. We create custom guitars for musicians with imported wood. No one Bones’ guitar is the same. We also repair guitars. Jared, my band mate came up with the idea and foundation for Bones’.

Long story cut short. I’ve been playing gigs and booking shoots. My go to guitar, Blu Blu broke during this. When I went to get it repaired in Indy getting it fixed cost way more than the actual cost of the guitar.

It didn’t seem right. After talking with other musicians in Indianapolis, Chicago, Nashville and other cities for second opinions they thought the shop was trying to pull a fast one. So our mission is to offer fair prices for repairs and custom guitars for fellow musicians.

We are both Indy & LA based.

My biggest project currently? I’m also involved in entertainment as an actress, founder, and producer. We are currently producing 2 film projects with one of them having 1 million in financing.

Howdy! Entrepreneurship, fitness, music, acting, real estate, tequila & investing is sexy. Idea for an article? Suggestions wanted! https://bit.ly/AleshasTribe
