Thanks my therapy tribe.

Still don’t have all of these down, but great points.

  1. You’ve learned the importance of quality relationships. (Still crave my solitude, just saying. )
  2. You listen to your wants and needs (even if you are called selfish for doing so).
  3. You feel your feelings instead of avoiding them.
  4. You set+maintain boundaries in all of your relationships.
  5. You look inward for validation instead of outwards
  6. You’re making peace with your past + your more present.
  7. You’re regularly engaging in self care activities.

It’s 2022 at the time of this writing, but by the time you read it, it will be 2023. I had to write a ton of content ahead of time to stay consistent despite what’s happening. 🔥🙌
