“Wherever you are, you’re always in your head.”-Karl Moore
Maybe I can explain it to you?
You see… I remember once sailing off the coast of the Bahamas, surrounded by free champagne and the most exciting people I could ever hope to meet.
And I’ve probably never felt more *depressed* and *down* and *unhappy* in my life. I wanted nothing more to be away from this so-called “paradise.”
I can also remember being stuck inside a broken-down caravan, on the rainiest of days, with a million “problems” hanging over my head — and never feeling happier and more content.
The thing is…
Wherever you are in the world, and whatever is going on… you’re only ever as happy as how happy you are in your head.
Many people are locked in their own mental prisons, keeping themselves stuck in sadness and limitation.
Others manage to break free, experience a reality-shift, and begin experiencing the awesomeness of life, on a near-continuous basis.
THIS is why personal development is so important.
It’s all about getting your “head” in order, so you can enjoy more happiness each and every day — wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, and no matter what life throws at you.
So, if you’re on this journey, let me just say…
Stick with it.
Your curiosity and introspection will make you perhaps the deepest and happiest person you know.
